Choosing this option grants your Visitor access to both your property’s access points and your unit. Inviting a full access Visitor will send a link to the Visitor to download the STRATIS Mobile App.

Choosing this option grants your Visitor access to both your property’s access points and your unit. Inviting a full access Visitor will send a link to the Visitor to download the STRATIS Mobile App.
1. In the mobile app, select Visitors.
2. Select the icon in top right corner.
3. Select Full Access
4. Choose someone from your contacts or manually enter their first name, last name, phone, and email.
5. Set an Access Start and End Date. If you exceed your property’s limit on the maximum period you’ll be given an error message below the Access End Date field.
6. Choose either 24/7 access or scheduled access (ex. MWF 10-11 am).
7. Select Send Invite. This will automatically send an invitation email to your visitor.
Visitor Actions
Residents will send a link to their visitors to download the STRATIS Mobile App . Your Visitor will use the mobile app to access your property and unit, including common areas. If your property has amenities, your Visitor won’t have access to these.

1. The Visitor opens the invitation email.
2. The Visitor downloads the STRATIS Mobile App and activates their account.
3. The Visitor must Agree to terms and conditions.
4. The Visitor uses the STRATIS Mobile App to access the building.
