On the cusp of north Dallas, a new neighborhood has arrived. It’s a place where you can enjoy the outdoors and out-of-the-box events, a place where you can throw parties like confetti and sip drinks past sundown, and a place where playful dogs and passionate runners can compete for the leader of the trails. Welcome to Hastings End, Dallas’s newest location for all your unexpected adventures.

We want to make this simple, but we do require proof of verifiable income, rental/mortgage history, credit report and criminal history.  Click here to download our full list of rental requirements & guidelines.

We do not hold any apartment homes, however our quote sheet can reserve pricing for up to 48 hours to finalize your application process. Our pricing does fluctuate daily, so we recommend asking a leasing agent for a quote.

Lease terms vary, depending on the time of your move-in date, and according to the specials we offer from time to time. Usually, our lease terms range from 6 to 15 months. Reach out to the leasing team to discuss possible additional lease term options.

Good news for those who have respectable credit, we don’t charge a deposit with approved credit. A $200 administrative fee is charged per home as well as a $80 per person application fee for every applicant over 18. Call the leasing office for additional details.

As a valued resident at our community, we are delighted to offer you access to our exceptional Fitness Center at no additional cost. We kindly ask that you please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our gym policies. These guidelines are posted at the entry to the fitness center and will help ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable workout experience.

At our property, we strive to provide ample parking options for both residents and guests. We do offer surface level parking surrounding the building for guests. To make the parking process as smooth as possible, we will provide a window sticker that must be displayed on the vehicle to park in the garage. If you would like to reserve a spot for an optimal space this is available for you as well. Please note that there are vehicle limits. With more questions, please contact the leasing team.

Moving trucks are not permitted to enter the garages. Please utilize street parking to unload at the nearest elevator location. Feel free to ask the leasing agent for maps and directions to these locations

Cypress Waters is a lush 1,000-acre master-planned development, perfectly placed in the heart of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, just five minutes from DFW International Airport. Centered around a serene 300-acre lake, multi-family, and retail development is DFWs largest lakeside master-planned community.

Upon move-in, our leasing team will create an account to Stratis 2.0 for each resident at Hastings End. Stratis 2.0 allows residents to create visitor guest passes that expire at a time of their choosing to grant their visitors temporary access to the property.

We adore our furry friends, and we welcome your 4-legged family members! We accept dogs (certain breed restrictions apply) and cats only. You are limited to 2 total pets per apartment, and a pet deposit, non-refundable fee, pet rent and certain pet rules apply:
– Pet fees include a $250 refundable deposit and a $400 non-refundable fee.
– Monthly pet rent is $20 per pet.
– We require all pets to register with pet screening before moving in.
– We do not have any weight restrictions on pets, but certain breed restrictions do apply. Call the leasing office for further questions regarding our pet policy.

Hastings End offers complimentary Wi-Fi at all our courtyard areas, clubroom, lounge areas, and The Fitness center

We are proud to be a smoke-free community. This means that all our common areas indoors and outdoors as well as ALL apartments’, garage and interiors are non-smoking, creating a healthy and clean community for our current and future residents. You must be 25 feet away from all properties, park enclosures, and buildings. We hope this helps you breathe a little easier about your choice to live at Hastings End.

We’re doing what we can with a community-wide recycling program for all residents who want to participate. We have a designated recycling area where we can accept broken-down cardboard boxes. Recyclables should be placed into your roll cart or community recycling container without any plastic baggage. You can read more about why This Matters to us.
